Crop Circles - What are They and What is Their Role? (Merry Musings 12)
มุมมอง 9K3 ปีที่แล้ว
Crop Circles are one of the most mysterious and disputed phenomena on the planet. Theories abound as to how they are created. We do know that people often have powerful, if diverse, experiences in and around crop circles. We also know that human-made formations can easily be distinguished from non-human formations. The recent COVID formation created a stir due to the information it seemed to ho...

Language - From a Language of Separation to a Language of Connection (Merry Musings 10)
มุมมอง 2223 ปีที่แล้ว
Language as we know it emerged together with linear time and abstract thought. As a linguist and a parent, it has struck me how the labeling of things seems to actually create distance between us and the object rather than creating a more intimate experience of it. It is used literally to create subject and object, leaving out the inter-subjectiveness that is the reality of all things. This Mer...
Thought - Exploring and Transcending Our Experience of Thought as Linear (Merry Musings 9)
มุมมอง 1473 ปีที่แล้ว
Abstract thought emerged together with linear time and alphabetic language. Before that time we experienced reality directly. Thought clearly expanded our capacities at one level, yet when thought is unrooted from experience, and the mind is disconnected from the body, it can wreak havoc. Abstract thought tends to keep us pondering the past or wondering about the future, away from the experienc...

Linear time is a relatively recent phenomenon of the human experience. It is only a few thousand years old in the context of our three million year journey. The Universal Trinity (Merry Musings 6)

    The reason for the centrality of noun in the west is what needs to be explored rather than forcing the verb to the centre. The fragmentation of the the body and mind is the reason. When the body is back, naturally you will get process centric language. Another very crucial aspect that has not been touched is the egoistic nature of modern language. I is always in the centre just like the noun

  • @JinanKB
    @JinanKB 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

    The crisis of modernity is the illusion created by the mind of having understood what they read. True understanding happens outside the realm of language and mind. But modern humans are trapped in the realm of language and mind. This is cognitive delusion

  • @JinanKB
    @JinanKB 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

    The notion of pre-cognitive is very dangerous as it continues to trap you in the linear and hierarchical mindset of the present western culture. You are assuming that you have progressed from the precognitive to the cognitive. What exactly is precognitive? Can you break it down? In fact, while living in illiterate communities I had one very important insight. That is while we, literates learn the WORD, illiterates learn the WORLD. This was enough to bring me up to their level. The other issue is how does one explore a very different paradigm with the same mindset that one is trapped in? How does the person trapped in a rational mind 'understand' the non-rational paradigm. The Buddhist monk Milarepa has a fantastic saying--- Spirituality is the last PLOY of the mind!

    There is a concept album, by a metal band from the late 80's, based on this book. It's called Dreamweaver by the band, Sabbat. It's an, astoundingly, lyrically detailed album written very poetically. Each song distinct. Each song part of the whole. Each song being, a perfect continuance of the one before it. It's an incredibly powerfully written, and beautiful, album. Here is just a fraction of some of the lyrics to help detail the magnificent beauty of this albums lyrics. 'When living your life like an arrow in flight you must, always, accept that the end is in sight. Be grateful at least for the fact that you knew, you came to death he did not come for you. You are the targets you sit and await, patiently, suffer the arrows of fate, saying, I am but mortal and destined to die, I can change nothing so why should I try? Each morning you wake is an ember day dawning, your penance for living in permanent mourning. By erst while ideals your hearts are enslaved, you fall out of the cradle straight into the grave. What reward is a banquet of red wine and bread, when you hunger for life but on death you are fed?' Even if you do not like metal, I, highly recommend reading the lyrics to this album. They are, utterly, beautiful. Astoundingly, deep. And, I think, well sung, and well accompanied by potent music that really brings the story to life.

    I just read this in Gerhard Hoeberth's book Evolutionary Idealism. The original Hebrew word for "picture" is a perfect description of the formation process of a Crop Circle, as well more generically to the volutionary manifestation process that I describe in the talk. "The ancient Hebrew word for »picture« consists of three letters. Tsade-LAMED-MEM. In order to better understand the problem of translation, one must know that Hebrew characters are like hieroglyphics. They are not only placeholders for letters and numbers, but also have a deeper meaning. The meaning of a word can be derived from the combination of these meanings. This is how TsADE names the shaping power; a kind of archetype or spiritual idea. The hieroglyphic LAMED has the form of a flash of lightning coming from the sky. It stands for an (information) transfer from one side to another or from top to bottom. MEM stands for every concrete manifestation. Let us now consider the overall meaning: a form or idea is transmitted and manifests itself. Thus one could describe the meaning of the word image." Or - an archetypal information pattern is transmitted (note the lightning image that suggest electro-magnetism) and manifests in matter.

    What they are is obviously very well made designs and let's say some of them are made by visitors of another planet. I think if they are made by extra-terrestrials it's a good sign that our planet is not going to self-destruct any time soon. If these beings can pencil-in their doodles on our cornfields, then they must not be too worried about us blowing ourselves up or ruining the planet with fossil fuel emissions any time soon. They're beautiful renditions of geometric designs that can come off as 3D. What I think we should be prepared for is that now that they have got our attention, maybe sooner than later we are going to start seeing messages that point to impending disaster if we don't change course and start respecting Mother Nature.

    We'll let's say they are real.. and since we know that "we" can also make crop circles too.. "in our own way" why aren't we trying to communicate with them this way..? let's start with our ABC's if we have to? teach them to communicate with us in a way we can relate? it doesn't make sense that they can be so much smarter then us and not be able to communicate on our level? that should be very easy!

    What are crop circles? ART Their role? To aid in the evolution of mankind. Mankind must return to their spirituality, or face extinction & worse. Secretly, Eisenhower sought the wrong kind of technology. The grays go along, but thats a trojan horse. Crop circles warn society, & attempt to give solution. Ignore the man-made hoaxes & spread the truth widely! As multiple crisis converge, only the truth will set us free. I simply remember before they taught me this language. (remember mama or dada?) Each & every time a person speaks, their thoughts are simultaneously being BROADCAST in a much richer way than can be fit into words.

Very well done, and thank you. BTW if you could see your way to doing a similar job with the runes I would be ver grateful. Have subbed to your channel.

I'm currently not planning on doing anything on the other runes but who knows what the Wyrd Sisters may have in store! My interest in Wyrd is to try to help those of us with roots in Western Europe to identify with a tradition that reminds us of our interconnectedness - for me the key to us solving many of our current challenges.

    A good question that was asked about the why the wholeness or cosmic consciousness is playing its game at all. If we supposse that the wholeness is already perfect then what is the need for any additional trouble ? What's the need for spilitting into trillions of forms, as Tolle names it, creating unimaginable suffering, conflicts, ilnesses and sickness along the process? Would the ultimate cosmic consciousness , the synonym of the ultimite compassion and wisdom, be so cruel or insensitive to stage all of this mess just out of what exactly? Boredom? Curiosity? Fun? Venegance perhaps. No, that would be ridiculous, that would be a contradiction in term even - the ultimate compassion entertaining itself by the cruelty of everyday struggle to survive of all the living creatures. Something is amiss with this whole concept of the cosmic wholeness as the ultimite sage of the universe. Don't take it for granted because some famous mystics and scientist have been repeating it for couple of centuries.

    An excellent rendition of your Volution Theory Peter. I wholeheartedly agree that before humanity can 'shift' its level of consciousness to new ways of thinking (from the heart, as well as the brain), we need to heal the schism in our collective psyche that the ego-self's experiment with reflection has brought about. The global situation at present I feel to be the start of the beginning of this healing process so necessary for us to evolve into altogether 'new' human beings.
