i had exploded cluster and after exploding although everything was intact the rotate was behaving weird. it was corrupted. Even though I replaced the rotate it didnt work. So i had old file I copied cluster from their and pasted. But I am worried while working with cluster such things may happen again!

check the Scope box - it's not rotating you probably set the scope box, remove it or rotate the scope box itself
