Literally saved my sanity, thank you for this video. So frustrating that every other guide up to now only shows springs that hook on the trigger, but it was clear my trigger barrels were too short for the springs to fit

Thank you so much! Best PS4 V1 spring insert video in the entire world. I ended up taking the motherboard completely off. I pushed the loop in first to under the hook, held that in place, then pulled the arms into place. But I never would have been able to do that without this video.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs. I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

When i pinched the spring replacements i got for my ps4 they were digging into my fingers like needles, and at the end of it I realized i had the wrong model. So i did what any sane person would do and took two safety pins, cut and bent them to size and improvised with that and it works great.

Ok so I have the same springs as you but they seem to be facing the other way? What PS4 version controller do I have?! I can't find any videos on how to replace the spring 😢

Thank you! For anyone having trouble, a few tips. If you have trouble keeping the springs in while reattaching the triggers, try: 1. Straightening the "wings" of the springs a bit (mine looked a bit like fish hooks). 2. Placing the end of a small phillips head screwdriver at the base of the ring once the spring is in place to keep it from jumping off.
