Very nice and great job.
Sounds like mig😂
It feels a lot hotter as they drop on your arms ;)
@@longbeachcitycollegemetalf3321 the settings are off, you have more wire than heat. Thats why sooo many buckshots, sounds like mig. Fluxcore is silent just hissing sound not cracklin
This is definitely mig, not flux

Nice video sir
Did an adult review this video prior to release? No audio with something technical is as rather awful format! Best of luck!
Hi, last I checked I was an adult. Since the first version of the video had copyrighted music we removed it. Thanks for noticing.
lmao
Yeet
No collar?
No, but thanks for asking.
Nice
Thank you for your positive efforts
yes
Wow..... nice bro
Nice 👍👍😌😌
Good job bro!,,same my vlog about ducting🥰
This is really cool, now the challenge is how to fabricate something like this out in in the field without a break.
The layout is the same, you could roll it if the gauge of the metal is light enough over a pipe or something round
Great video man more sheet metal stuff!
😳 where's the audio for those who need it ♿️
What kind of audio are you looking for, step by step directions, or a musical soundtrack?
Amigo, buenas tardes, qué calibre es la lamina? Por tu respuesta muchas gracias

Hi bro iam duct men spiral and square ducts Any job for your company
We are a school.
Did that for many years without the fancy shear and pan brake. All by hand. Nice job.

Damon, your one of the best i have ever seen. Keep up the great work. Amazing.
Did this in 1975 in sheet metal class , it really works
Hello Damon, Great Video tutorial! I just noticed this morning on another channel IT with Sharqawi, he or she is using most of your video on his channel th-cam.com/video/ST4ENnuZmWs/w-d-xo.html. Keep up your great AUTHENTIC WORK!
Thanks, it took a while for me to get to it but I submitted it for infringement just now.

where i can find a book with airduct designs to buy ?
Try searching for sheet metal layout and you should find quite a selection.
@@longbeachcitycollegemetalf3321 thank you very much i find some
IMO, Richard Budzik books are the best for layout.
Very good job. How can I got the paperwork u had with the measures. Thanks
Hi, this project is 6"x6" Square 6" tall with a 4" diameter circle.
It’s brilliant to see that someone still does this stuff. It’s disappeared form my place. Last tinny retired before he had the chance to train any apprentices
U know they make a plasma cutter that can cut it all to precise just have to bend .but this was the way I was taught u can still get the same result but it take awhile to do
We've got the software and an #amada #fiberlaser cutting machine to cut these out too. Come take a class and move up the pay scale. :)
I think he does Gator Gator, but I also believe a student must master visualizing patterns. Why? A worker should have a pretty good idea of what the pattern should look like, knowledge of pattern making is the only way to double check your nested fittings before letting the plasma burn metal.
That's why I made this comment we already own a plasma cutter and I wouldn't want to teach my guys that on the field because it would cost me 3 hours making it when I can do it in 30 minutes simple math but come take my class to show you how to do two full installs in a week now this is a 4-ton system heat pump. With 3 ppl on the job . I think guy was good at his video and clear on it. But that want make u money. But that's what makes the difference
You don’t have to sell me on a Plasma table, I agree with 100% that it’s a game changer and well worth the investment. But, they do break down, and when they do! The certified Sheet Metal can still finish the job.
why all the extra work ? equal taper only needs 1/4 lay out of working view
That's true, but for the first time student it's better to see it and figure that out as they go.
Hey, Damon Skinner. particularly colorful video. thank. :)
Glad you enjoyed it
what's the make of that brake? by the way, thanks for posting
The dark green solid brake is a Tennsmith and the lighter green finger brake is a Chicago, thanks for asking.
Does the 20 degree braking work for all square to rounds no matter the sizes? Thanks.
Hi, since this pattern is 26 Ga (.019" or .5mm) it's thin enough for forming by hand with almost any degree bend. For thicker metal we'd use the formula of 90 degrees divided by number of bends. 10 bends would be 9 deg. etc.
Great job! May I ask you how thick the metal is and does it have a special label? Thank you in advance.
Hi, it's .019" or .5 mm thick. 26 ga galvanized.
