I never heard Freedom call before, but Listening to This, i bet This guys are pretty good. This is by Far the Best Cover i ever heard of Doctor stein... They add keyboards, the solos are amazing, Just fit with the Song atmosfere. The vocal is great, i like his performance here... What a Fabulous team work. Now i understand why Sascha was a member of This Band.

Nice one! I prefer the Helloween chorus better but the whole orchestral arrangements from F.C. give this song a very nice touch!

Kiske no es creador de nada, si bien popularizo un estilo vocal, has escuchado a Queensrÿche? Kiske es de la escuela de Geoff Tate y porque no tambien de John Arch (Fates Warning), entiendo el fanatismo por Kiske pero tampoco es creador de algo, ni siquiera como compositor donde sus temas son los que tienen menor atencion en los Keeper
Para nada, Matos ya cantaba en la epoca de Kiske y su registro vocal es muy diferente en el estilo, Kotipelto y Kakko tampoco son de la escuela de Tate, si es por eso escucha bandas como Lethal (el disco Programmed), Mercury Rising, Saharra, Syrus, en esas bandas encontraras vocalistas mas cercanos al estilo de Tate

Sometimes I wish Chris Bay was the vocalist of Helloween instead of Deris, I think he would have been a perfect fit for Helloween all these years.. Haven't been entirely too fond of Helloween as of late, Freedom Call imo is the band that Helloween should be..
+John Rankin Chris Bay is a good singer, no doubt. But his range is not big enough to sing Helloween. I know it's hard to hear, but Bay never goes that high, in fact, he doesn't even try! And when he tries, he does it with almost zero power :/ He hardly go up an octave, and even though that can be fine, it would never work in Helloween. Deris cannot sing the Keeper-songs that well, but i'd say he does a decent job on some of the songs. He has lacked a bit in the last couple of years, and I think he should say goodbye with dignity, but I would definitely NOT have Chris bay as replacement!!!! I'd say only Kiske could work for them, or someone completely unknown :/
Lots of bands have covered this classic track - but Freedom Call in my opinion do it best. They add some lovely keyboard tinges over the top, up the heaviness, layer the vocals more, and add that amazing orch. hit at the very end. Nailed it.

These guys are great. Not like I can do better. But I have to say the solo is CRAP when compared to the original!! Not necessarily the guitarist isn't good enough, they just failed to execute it with enough drama and effects. At the same time, they didn't take a artistically different route, as bands are free to do with covers, they just played like a plain piece of bread. Also, I'm noticing the singer, enough though he is good, doesn't seem to have the range of Kiske, as in, he doesn't even try. Where kiske went up and then up again, he goes up and then splat. Nothing. Like a piece of bread. Rise and fall. Unnecessary song reference. Whatever. But besides these things making the cover version kindof flat, the did execute it well overall. Anybody notice these things I mentioned? I'm not saying that the singer is bad because he's not kiske, I'm just saing he doesn't even seem to tr and it comes off as restrained and lousy. But of course, these are minor selective problems. Sounds like a good band.

I dedicate this song to an awesome person I met during my WoW time He played a holy paladin with the name Angelus back in 06 he rolled for the best minidress our female nightelf priestress wanted so badly, because the stats were the best available for a holy paladin at this slot (except from t3 lol) when he quit WoW at the end of 07 / start of 08 (sth like that) we all had forged a group that was just pure ownage and we had one of the best times just awesome player and awesome person best wishes

Because Kiske is power metal God, he cant be compared to anyone else. Kiske has very unique voice range, no other metal singer has it like he does.
