Yeah, I'm not THAT bad at the game, ahaha. But what I'm complaining about is somehow the worst players pick Iso. Not that all Iso players are bad, just that the worst players seem to fail to use him as a crutch.

Because its astonishing how bad some people are and I'm not afraid to put them on blast. I have another short where a dude holds their angle even when he can clearly see a sage wall appear with her on top of it. Dude doesn't even twitch as she turns around and shoots him.

Basically yes. From what I've read, they called it "focus" and it does a few things a lot of people don't realize. It locks you from running, you can have a different sensitivity set to it and it caps the aim acceleration controllers use.

It's a bit of both to be 100% fair. I did hit for 120, if I didn't miss my overcorrected shot, I could have won.

next time dont hold so tight of an angle especially if you have that ping secondly the correction could have been better. The ping did impact the fight but he still could have won.

My normal ping is 200 but im play well

@nsoly9958 I'm lucky if it stays around 60-80 but it can spike well beyond 300 sometimes. Good old rural internet... If you guys want to see some REAL lag, I have a clip where I rubberband across a map 😅

Well, there are a few different reasons I'll scope, and sometimes it might even seem random. The first is that I have fairly varied aim sensitivity between the 2 modes to make flicks easier to control. Also, you can't "run" while scoped, and since the difference between run and walk for controller players is how hard you tilt the joystick it's my lazy way to make sure I'm not making noise 😅 I can't tell you how many controller players accidentally run for 1 step while lurking around.

Aim assist

If you look into how the AA works in valorant, you'd know you're wrong. You don't need to "focus" (what the game calls scoping) to enable the AA to begin with. Honestly, I hate AA and I turn it off whenever I can because it causes me to over correct my shots in games. Valorant's AA just drops your sensitivity when scrolling past a non-moving enemy, which is what I use focus to do. Having a personal "DPI dropping" button is all I need, and that's because you can't instantly stop a full tilted joystick 😅

My teams score has little baring on what I said. Flashes are very effective in the console beta because practically nobody has high enough sensitivity to snap look away. That isn't changed by 1 lost game...

I play console because I prefer controllers? And like I accept that for Fps games, that means I'm not "the best there can be," but I'm not a professional gamer, so it doesn't matter.
