Something I didn't note is that the keypins are slightly tapered. This helps in the tapered effect of the barrels.

Nice pick!
what tensioner is that
@@royboivin multipick champion tensioner chr. holler 1.2mm
Besides the distraction in the middle due to looking for tools I'd say it's a pretty nice video.
I've got the orange belt version and it took me days to open it 😂
👍😀🐾🐈⬛🍻
Nice job 🦮🦔👍
Interesting lock🦮🦔👍
Great job picking 😃👍🐈⬛🐾🍻
Nice pick alpama 🎉 very quick 😅 I had to tension clockwise as well to pick it. Didn't have any luck CCW. Which MP size flag do you use for sidebars mostly?
@@gchev4 thanks Chevy. This was the mp3/6 , whichever faces left. Seems the sidebar was one of the rare cw binding ones. I also couldn't get much feedback ccw.
Nice one🦔👍
Good job
I just started picking with a plastic lock. So, I did open it, but plastic responds bad to tension. I have to focus on what pin first. I think.
Nicely done! Your entry on Speed Picks has been approved.
Damn nice mate. That was a great watch. Congrats on another bb scalp, top shelf pick. Cheers 🍻
Very impressive! Thanks for sharing! 🥰😍😘😘
❤
Very nice
What an epic battle. I salute you 👌👍
Nice one mate 👍 Nothing like a bit of Road Kill All the best to you and yours 🍻 🍻 CHEERS 🍻 🍻
Great pick. Dom barrels always good. Fantastic filming setup too, perfect position to see the action. Cheers man
Very nice! You ran through those locks 😅
Amazing as usual mate. Quality picking to pop all of them on one vid. Respect! Cheers 🍻
Thanks much mate. Welcome back!
@alpama37 cheers Pama, sucks I lost the old account but.
He did great on the CL and you did great on showing it off. 😀
Wonderful information!! 😃. Great picking/rotating 😃👏🐈⬛🐾🍻👍
Nice info on medecos
Thanks, working on medecos now
Keypins, not fingerpins. Oopsies. Too tired for this.
❤
Very nice!!! 😃👍🐾🐈⬛🍻
Nice pick and gut., nice CL
You made short work of that mate 👌have a great week buddy 🤜🤛
That was a ridiculously fast open😅I didn't expect that lock to hold up for too long, it really doesn't have features that could have. I had limited tools but still pretty happy it turned out not that terrible! Sorry about the grease, I closed up the lock after filing down pins at 3 am and wasn't really thinking through, my bad lol Good catch on the fifth spool, it's the very last pin I worked on, which probably explains why it looks the best among those crap, I got used to shaping the pins more and more as I filed them Just saw T02's CL and it looks better then mine, maybe I gotta try making more quality CLs after I acquire some good tools. As for the driver pins the lock itself came with 3 spools and 2 serrated pins, but I mixed pins with my other 1100s that I had cause spools didn't really have any room for me to modify.
Your CL looks good, mine took way too long to make I procrastinated it for so long, I also made heaps of pins before putting any in my padlock, definitely some very bad pins I made to begin with, overall I reckon yours is great
@@T02_15 Thanks for the kind words man. I'm already seeing some improvements that can be made after watching this video, I might make something better next time when I acquire more tools.
@@dynamicymt hell yeah, I quite enjoyed making mine in the end when it all came together, my next one will be on an oval or something, because you can only false set so far before a padlock opens 🤣
@@dynamicymt Thanks for sending it to me! I'll pass it around down here in Australia, no worries at all about the grease. The home-made stuff was good, not a bad first challenge lock at all.
@@alpama37 Good to hear! Hope you Australian people have fun picking my CL 👍
Nice to see a challenge lock from T02 picked and gutted. Would feel Very different to a standard 334 I don't doubt. I like the cutouts he did on the key as well.
Dam I must suck 😂 even with knowing what I put inside it I still only opened my own a hand full of times then you go and smash it out of the park lol Wasn't meant to be super challenging, no core mods or anything just something to fulfill blue requirements (when I eventually request blue 😆) I quite enjoyed making it and I'll probably make some more and do more mods, probably not another padlock because you can only get so much of a false set before the paddy opens :):)
@@T02_15 yea it wasn't bad but those low lifts really killed any chance of the pins being more interactive imo. Need to use something with higher lifts etc to get the full effect. Otherwise wasn't bad, hoping to see some real evils when you're done with the next.
@@alpama37 yea I knew the pins weren't coming into full effect, but I wanted 3 keys to shape out "T 0 2" into them, all my other cores had two keys so I couldn't do that 🤣
@@T02_15 haha fair
Don't be so hard on yourself mate. Lovely pin work. I'm just starting out in the cl world myself and there's a lot to it. Good on you for having à go and I hope to see many more brother 👌🫶🤜🤛👍
@@Nicks-Picks I've just made another one and attempted trench traps it seems to have worked well, for a first go, check out challenge locks in LPU I've posted it there
What a quick open alpama! Wafers on 3 sides kinda scare me but I'd like to try. Well done 🎉
@@gchev4 it's all yours if you want to have a try. Just drop me a DM and it'll find its way to your place.

Nice
Opened so fast, he was surprised himself!
@@jeffandthings77 haha yeah I normally have rubbish luck on this sort of lock. I was very surprised by the open.
alpama upload hell yeah
A very interesting lock. Thanks for this demonstration
Nicely done
Nice open! You make it look easy. Does the side wafers bind last when picking counter-clockwise? I have some Bilocks where the sidebars isolates when picking CW, but they binds at the same time when picking CCW, making it way harder to pick.
Thanks for the kind words. The side wafers bind exclusively outside of the top and bottom stack, so you can pick the top and bottom stack whenever you want, but the side stack will always bind no matter what, meaning CCW or CW will let you pick them whenever you please. It's worth noting that if you do accidentally loosen your tension too much, they can act tapered and need to be reset like I did multiple times over the video.
Very well done 😃 these are very fun locks to pick 👍👏🐾🐈⬛🍻
Unfortunately I can't say I found them particularly great, but they're not a bad little lock and certainly not a bad entrance into the idea of multiple sides in a lock.
Super quick lol mine is much more of a pain 😅 i feel like mine has to be nudged or i overset it all
🤯 that was Precise and Great work!
Nice quick pick
Bloody hell. That didn't hold you out too long 😮
Good job 👏
Thank you very much! Excited to see you get red and then black.
