27:31 OMG YES. Just 2 days ago, one of my clerks called my boss and said “She changed” 😁 I said of course I did! That was me saying NO MORE. I’m not going to allow her to step all over me anymore. That was me putting my foot down finally and drawing a line between friendship and business. I’m still her manager. I hired her in 2022 at 68 yo. I resigned after 4 mos due to other reasons but my company convinced me to come back in January this year. We remained friends and kept in touch before getting hired back. She lost her BF of 1.5 years in April and she has never been the same. I understand she’s grieving but that isn’t an excuse to be a bitch to everyone. Including myself who is her manager. Every word that comes out of that woman’s mouth is narcissist. She said one sentence to my boss and it immediately made her angry. Now my boss saw what I have been dealing with for months 🤯😒 all eyes are on her because she’s very disrespectful to me and to my other clerks. She tried to ruin me but it only backfired to her. Everyone walks on eggshells around her because she snaps at people. She is the type of person that is so angry for losing her BF. She has all of her BF’s guns and I’m terrified she’s going to shoot us up. Security is aware and have been keeping an eye on her. She lost someone and could possibly lose her job, she can go postal.

If he is healing now, i wish him well because he will never catch up to me 🤍
