Dead Beech felling. Wiltshire

The death of these mature trees was down to the introduction of non-native livestock. The bark was stripped bare from ground level to about 3ft.

Short clip of chogging a very tall Corsican pine. Forgot to press record before i lowered off 30ft of top. It was interesting to say the least.

Clip of the road layout and my driving positions where the accident took place. Not interesting to those who aren't involved, sorry.

Short clip of a leaning cherry dismantle. As soon as I anchored in,I had to film the view. First tall tree on a New zig zag too so excuse the random clutching.
The very dead oak

M.e.w.p. dismantle of an oak that had been dead for more than 2 years. Was supposed to be climbed originally but for obvious reasons we didn't. Quick time lapse and rig vid to follow.

لا ليش لعد الوز والطيور ون تروح
Still gr8 work
Nice work
Just curious why not tied in twice while cutting? Never saw someone remove lanyard to start cutting..
Marija Sometimes not using my lanyard allows me to reach out a little further or if I'm sectioning a branch or piece of wood I can move quickly out of the way if it swings back. Of course I should be tied in twice, I have a few bad habits and have worked with some bad groundsmen(rigging). Thanks
thats a really cool view! good work Louis!
woohoo indeed lol
Yeah, they are great for climbing. I buy them in bulk=) nice video too dude
Pfanner do a great set for climbing and groundwork, I purchase one of each every fortnight or depending on jobs for just under ten quid. Bargain.
Nice choice of gloves
Thanks mate,it was my first gopro vid so a few rusty moments as I normally cut a lot of corners to maintain 'the flo'.
