Once the biblical account of creation is true where man was created distinctly male and female then homosexuality is a divergence. Man was also created with God's character which I think we would agree is opposite to lying, stealing, murdering which are also divergences. My understanding is that "salvation" is God's way of slowing down, stopping and reversing man's divergences. My understanding is that salvation can remedy any divergence that man has fallen into once it is acknowledged as a divergence. Because God is one there can only be one way to God, the way of truth and righteousness which culminates in holiness. The issue at hand that I am seeing is our varied understanding of what truth, righteousness and holiness are. Once we allow scriptures to define these I think we will be on the same page. Prov.4:18. The path singular, not the paths.🙏
