Well after a bit of experimenting the key to this game is building mushrooms on the enemies path in order to length the path as much as possible. That way you have more time to inflict damage. Of course it would have been nice if the game had a tutorial that told the player they could build their mushrooms on the enemy path in order to change their route.

Say what you want, copilot is amazing. It takes 2 days of work and makes it into 2 hours. It's not perfect by any means, but it's better than google most of the time, better than stack-overflow, so it's a better tool. There is no reason not to use it, and if you're just not using it because of some sentimental notion about human creativity then you are just limiting yourself. It's not just about generating code, it's also a learning tool. Want to learn networking, or a new programming language? If you want to learn how to create a server, or do server-side rendering, or how to use git, or implement your own A-star path-finding algorithm, or any programming related subject, you will be able to learn it 1000X faster with the help of copilot. It doesn't just generate, it explains. I used it to learn and implement everything in the above paragraph, and the A-Star thing is actually also a search tool, and it's the backbone of my entire game's ai

Ive been lightly keeping up with your updates and realizing that the game (AI stories the first one) has shifted to a third person perspective but the version I played was the old 2D sidescroller style.
