    Went so fast with the camera showing where the bolts were, and is it me or is your steering wheel in the right side of the vehicle? Anyway very confusing. Hope when i get under there on mine i can find those bolts or nuts.

    If anyone has this issue, if you unplug The Wire running to your brake pedal, it'll shift right out of park. And you will be back on the road and not broke down. How can this dude make this video and not tell you the bypass if you're Broke down

      Is it the large connector if many wires or one? I disconnected the large connector and mine wouldn't come out of gear. But when I plugged it back in it came out of park.

    Nice job, but you did not show how you reinstalled the bearing. That's just as important as showing how you got it off.

    What is that Y plastic adapter part number or what is it called?

    • @ColdBrewsNBBQs

      It looks like auto zone might carry them now. Just Google 2004 f350 coolant reservoir adapter. Or go to the dealership for OEM parts.

    Don't take that piece of lock cylinder off. Turn key 1 one click and depress ball from underneath and slide cylinder out.. nice right hand drive !!

    At 1:12 you said you were gonna show the part that actually holds the water pump, but you didn’t. This is the part that everybody needs. All the universal ones and the thin steel notched ones on Amazon are points of failure. Any chance we could get a brand name of the kit?

      I apologize for not replying. TH-cam didn't notify me of comments on my videos. I'm sure you're passed this issue by now, but for others who wonder the same thing, that tool comes with that 36mm wrench as a kit at O'Reilly Auto Parts and in sure they can order it for you. Just show them the video.

    Is this solenoid truly necessary? the transmission also has a solenoid that prevents shifting when the brake is not depressed. Wondering if I should just remove this so that I dont get stuck again.

    Could this be my issue if shifter sloppy not going into drive or reverse ?

    • @dsimondublin
      @dsimondublin 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sloppiness is common on those years mid 90's to late 2000's. There is an adjustment at top of colum you have to remove the cover to access it. It has a nut you spin to shift it left or right so it falls on the correct gear. As far as the play you'll either have to replace the colum or just drive with it like most people do. If/when the transmission goes out, have company repair it then. That's what i did

    Lifesaving video Thank you so much!!! Couldn't find a single video on this anywhere. My waterpump went. I have a 2006 L322 but I have no idea how to even get the fan shroud off. I tried and it looks like it is one massive piece of plastic over the entire rad, and tons of tiny bolts that are too rusted and hidden to even get at. I tried just popping it off but it won't come off.
