Think for a moment, if you are only downloading a setup EXE why is it in an archive inside another encrypted archive?

No need to install third party software! Start > Local Security Policy > Local Policies > Security Options > User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode > Rightclick > Properties > Set Dropdown to "Prompt for Credentials" > OK Now go to your App, Rightclick > Open File location > Rightclick Again > Properties > Compatibility > Tick on the "Run this program as administrator" > OK
