Jesus said that we are the light of the world. By acting on the Word, we are proving to the world that we have the light dwelling in us.

Jesus always did those things that pleased the Father. If we are conforming to the image of Jesus, we also should always do those things that please the Father. Jesus said that His sheep hear His voice, He knows them and they follow Him.

If you know the Word, then you will act on the Word. If you aren't acting on the Word, you don't know the Word.

Jesus only said and did those things that pleased the Father. If we were more like Jesus, we could avoid a lot of the trouble we create through I idle words and actions.

In the Book of James, we are told that anyone who hears the Word but does not do the Word, is self deceived. If you want to experience victory in your life, you must be a doer of the Word.

Philippians 2:5-6 KJV 5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: John 10:30 KJV 30 I and my Father are one. Jesus stated that He and the Father were one. If God is our Father, then we should also be able to state that we are one with the Father.

Believing should create action. If you truly believe that the Word of God is true, you will act on it. If you say you believe but you never act, you are simply acknowledging that the Word is true but you do not believe that the Word can actually impact your life. This is what is called mental ascent.

We are born of God and because of God's seed the remains within us, we do not practice sin as our way of life. We demonstrate that we are the children of God and not the children of the devil, when we do righteousness and love the brethren.

Only when we allow the Word of God to prevail in our lives will we see the victorious life that God already planned for us. Our trust should never be in systems and men but in the Living Word of God.

There is no such thing as the brotherhood of man. Every person born into this world is born as a child of Satan. Satan is their father because of Adam's sin. We do not become the children of God until we accept Jesus as our personal Savior and Lord. The God becomes our Father and we are joint heirs with Jesus.

Our minds and our spirits need to be programmed just like a computer. Jesus said that out of the abundance of our hearts our mouths would speak. If our program is garbage, then that is what will come out of our mouths.

Very few Christians truly understand the Fatherhood of God. In this series of teachings, Pastor Harrelson will reveal to us what fatherhood is and help us to understand our proper relationship to God, our Abba Father.

We must allow the Word of God to prevail in our lives. When we have the Word in our hearts in abundance, we will start speaking the Word. When we speak the Word, faith for the Word comes, allowing us to overcome in every area of our lives.

God wants us to prosper as our understanding of His Word prospers (increases). His Word says that whatever we put our hands to will prosper but we have to put our hands to something. God wants us wealthy to establish His Kingdom upon the Earth.
