When we went, there was no restriction or signs of No Entry for the view point. We noticed there was few pillars erected near view point for protection. You can follow the path as seen in the video.

I stayed in Annex 1. Was there a small watchtower on the top of the house at the end forest side? If so, that is Abhayaranam Rest House.
