My family and I visited Krakow in November 2024 and I was doing research on all things Krakow-related when I came across Zuzanna’s videos. Her warm personality really came through the video and I read the positive reviews from past clients about how amazing she is, so I immediately reached out to her to see what tours she offers. She responded to me in a timely manner and is very professional. She gave me several tour package options to choose from.Everything is reasonably priced. She is very knowledgeable. Me and my family asked her a lot of questions (off topic questions too) and she always answered with a deep understanding of the places we visited, the culture, food, etc. If I asked her a random question that she wasn’t sure of the answer to, she’d find out the answer in minutes and was so kind, patient, and never made us feel rushed. Zuzanna, your video is so informative….my grand parents were from Vilna Poland., not sure of the spelling…On their paper of intention when they came to America, Tumelavich was spelled 3 different ways.
