Once you add a file to the General Document Section within healthie, is there an ability to link a specific file from General Document Section to the Document section of a specific client/patient? I find myself uploading the same file over and over for each new patient and is time consuming. Ty

This is extremely confusing. Not all of us are 20 year old computer experts. Navigation is horrible.
This 66-year old PhD engineer doesn't like it either. Video is long, boring, and impossible to retain. Spend the money on making an intuitive interface not on videos that won't be retained.
is there a tutorial for how to share your screen with a client during telehealth? I am having trouble with that and need a tutorial.

Hi Caroline Glad to see your video. I recently started to work as a wellness consultant. I would like to get some advices based on wellness, how should we manage a patient and keep a wellness chart and followup.
It looks like there is only one payment option. What if I want to give clients the flexibility to pay in full or installments? Is that possible?
Somewhere You could set up a weekly payment with first payment being different. 1st payment 100, 9 weekly at 50. for example.
