I've been attacked by a psychopathic boss. From the moment I met him, I felt uncomfortable around him. It was like my "spider-sense" was going off. Eventually, my instincts proved to be right. My boss routinely used deception to manipulate my co-workers in a way that damaged my reputation. Then, one day, he fired me. During the firing process, he had this evil grin on his face as if he was enjoying terminating my livelihood and hurting my ability to provide for my family. I'm still considering calling human resources and reporting him. These people are demonically evil.

It’s the difference between secondary and primary. You are correct that it’s estimated at 1 in 100 for primary psychopathy. I think the 1 in 20 is secondary psychopathy- which used to be called sociopath- sociopath is no longer attached to the science of psychology. So - we have primary or secondary psychopathy. Primary being the condition thought to have a heavy genetic basis while secondary is thought to be more environmentally shaped. Ultimately it’s still situated in the back of our DSM as an area of research as it’s not yet diagnostic .

This wasn’t a boss in my history. The psychopaths that I have encountered in my past at different points have done things like spread horrible rumors about me in order to change people’s perception about me by making people believe that I said something I didn’t. I hadn’t realized this until people around me were changing their response to me, creating distance and essentially practicing isolation and social exclusion against me from the group. They were highly manipulative and vengeful. They could groom other people so that they were never suspected and were able to gain favorable alliance. This wasn’t by a superior or boss either. These experiences occurred from people who had no rank over me and nor hierarchy but were incredibly damaging. This was a great podcast as it is universal to many situations, even outside of the workplace.

You must forget how women forget the femininity and betray masculine trait to excel in those types of work places. No one cares about how much you work or where men don't care stop feeding this lie to women. Productivity goes up because men want to sleep with those women and want to seem more competent you just throw out a couple good point negate the others bad point pretend it all rainbows and lollipops it's not stop your man vs woman non sense and look at both do better and stick to that
