My situation was a lot different in a way we were both trauma bonding and depending on each other in different ways we couldn’t provide we both committed sins and me lying and manipulating and her doing adultery and letting her anger out on me but we still apart now but I do pray that we come back and reconnect and we forget and forgive and we can seek god through our relationship 🙏🏾pray for me

I have an incredible husband, the type ik women dream about, and it makes me so happy to see healthy relationships displayed as this should be the standard as unfortunately unhealthy relationships are so normalized that people accept that misery. Ps. Similar to your story(but older, I was 24), I met my husband ONE WEEK before moving out of state. We dated for 18 months, broke up, didn’t see each other nor talk for 5 years, got back together almost exactly 5 years after breaking up. He proposed 18 months later & we got married 3 months later.

So I’m going to go ahead and stop this video here at 8:21 to get up and stop being lazy!!! I struggle so much with being lazy, I’m not sure why but I’ve been praying so hard for God to remove this laziness from my spirit and I had to realize that I can’t just pray but I also have to put forth the effort to get up and stop being lazy! So by all that being said this video was on my recommended for a reason and I’m going to take the sign to get up and stop being lazy, I know he has so much in store for me 🤍

At the start of the video when you mentioned to pray about this issue and He will respond- I thought “but I’ve been EXTRA praying about struggling with this lately(especially with the new year), yet I never seem to get “a response”. And THEN it clicked, ANYTHING could have pooped up when I searched “Christian podcast” today(which I rarely do), yet this is what I was led to see and click first. I had to idea what to even call what I’ve been struggling with and highly doubt I would have searched “lazy” on my own, as like you, I had a parent who used that word as a weapon/to produce shame. Thank you Lord! I’ve been listening to this on & off all day and have been more productive today than I have in the last few weeks! Thank you for using your own discernment and deciding that people NEED to hear this, you presented this message so very well. Also thank you for clarifying there IS indeed a difference between lazy vs mental health issues. I’ve struggled with mental health & would hate for anyone in that space to feel shamed. This didn’t shame me because I know that’s not the case for me in this season of my life lol. Ty!

I love how this is convicting. Idolatry is the first commandment for a reason. It’s a tendency in our nature to go astray. Makes you think. If you really gave your all to God & he filled you til your cup runneth over & so you in turn give your all to the people in your circle as well, what would happen?

I found out this guy I was talking to, was telling his family and my aunt who then told my grandma that the only thing he didn’t like about me was that I talked about God too much.. that the messages I’ve sent him talking about God he wouldn’t read and called it garbage… man did it hurt when I found out but also it felt so freeing. I had prayed to God a few days prior to help show me if we are meant to be open the door more but if we aren’t meant to be then close the door. When I heard that, it definitely slammed that door shut. I am going to talk to him later this week and end this relationship/situationship because it just shows that we are unequally yoked. He is a good guy but the fact that he went behind my back and said that really hurt. Why didn’t he just talk to me? But also, I’m not going to stop talking about God. God literally saved my life!! I pray that once I let him go officially, God helps me grow past this and will heal me, and lead me to the right man who loves God as much as I do! He really was trying to settle with me and everything but is complaining about me talking about God. That’s wild! I’m definitely letting that man go and not turning back! I’m putting God first always!!!🙏🏼
