As the city gets bigger and more people move or visit, the traffic does also. I am not sure how to avoid it. The city was not designed for the new population or the growth. Yes, when you purchase a property on leased land you have to pay the monthly land lease payment plus what you owe for the house itself.

Yes. People should be careful with these. I think it is money down the drain, just making someone else rich. I just watch a video of a mobile home park in Clearwater Florida that was sold & the new owners have given the residents 30 days to either move or abandon property. They did over up to $8,000 to those who left earlier. Different areas have different laws on the books for these. I was looking to purchase a tiny home in a tiny home community until I found out the lease is renewable every year & they are under no obligation to renew giving the standard 30 days to pack it all up & go. It all seems to be a stressful way to live.

I have only seen a few lizards inside of a home. They have been baby geckos. I assume they are looking for a cool and damp place.

It is now called Rotary beach and it is free. There are walking paths, ball fields, volley ball, play grounds and yes bocce ball. Thanks again for watching!

LOL! Hi and thank for watching. There are some area that do have sidewalks, but most do not and that is a down side. Most drivers are courteous and will give you space to walk on the road. Hi! I am glad you found it also! That is a great question. We have have 4 types of home owners. Full time home owners, full time rental property, winter home owners and summer home owners. I do not know the exact percentage, but I will do some research for you. If I were to guess I would say about 75% yo 80% are full time residence. Thank you for watching. Lake Havasu is a resort and retirement community. We only have one small hospital. Lucky for us we are close (approx. 3 hours) away from much larger cities like Las Vegas, Phoenix, Flagstaff and Prescott who have more resources for larger and better funded hospitals.

@@LivinginLakeHavasu me and my buddy decided September 2024 is our latest move date, wd are currently saving for solar energy. We're pretty certain arizona is the spot and Lake Havasu seems to be the #1 choice so far. Really the biggest priority is a good gym and Walmart or any grocery store really.

Hi Josh, I think if you have an open mind and actively look for fun, you can find it anywhere! Maybe go hiking at crack in the wall or locals call it "Sara's Crack" , take some bike trails, the relics and rods are in town and there will a tone of other stuff happening. Do Portugal Circus, havasu95speedway.com, thelondonbridgedays.com . Or you can find some open houses and check out the real estate market. (sorry I could not help it).
