Hello, indeed this is a powerful protein treatment, no doubt 👌. But I usually do mine differently that is ÷ I first shampoo, condition, rinse out, and then do this protein treatment, leave it on for 1hr or more then rinse out with clean water, or rinse out with leave in conditioner to give it a little sweet fragrance. Any which way is a way depending on how one likes it.
