you need to equip skill to 1 of the arrow button and R+Square+Triangle while pressing arrow button , that way you can equip 4 rail action , 1 from character and 3 for weapon , character's rail action is kinda sepical , you need to do they story to get , and color hair is so long that I can't remember , but seem like it in the game , well you have to find it on your own

@@vinny8589 1. from event (the middle one), go to 'loot' and use it there for free mech set (lvl 40 and 60) 2. By getting dupe from recruit, or buy from shop>sequence 3. Dont know, i also new player (only play global)

@@daffafauzandro well they are best in different ways , lilian is aoe aoe dmg dealer while morgan is single target aka boss killer . but lilian more versatile than morgan because her single dmg output is insane too
