With this video I used PowerDirector to merge two recordings (had computer issue), only time ever used that. Otherwise, I just have Elgato game capture card with the program for it. I've tried OBS before too. On the PS4 I just broadcast through it even though max quality is 720p - the Elgato goes up to 1080p I'm still fairly new to it all, just like my games and uploading to youtube is just for fun for now

@@mattwatson4936 gotcha gotcha, that’s what I’m using as well. On the fence upgrading my gaming system to get that smoother footage lol

You don't necessarily have to play the first game but it is a must to really understand the characters, motivations and overall story feels much more impactful in Pt. 2. You'll get some backstory in 1...but at very least watch one of those game movies like Gamer's Little Playground is a great channel. I actually watched SpiderMan game on there before and maybe only halfway through actually playing the game now. Soundtrack is tricky. The music in the game is one thing I love about it...the low tuned guitar theme it uses would be like a western or obviously post apocalyptic movie.

@@mattwatson4936 depending on how much content is needed, I may record both games but use mostly part 2. Typically I’ll keep the original soundtrack and mix in some different stuff... now I’m curious if the Walking Dead Soundtrack would work :)
