I need a home today that I can short please help me
Theres a massive lack of training available for new entrants. I'm on an assessor course now with an aim to move away from being on the tools and the course quality is extremely poor. This is for someone with a construction background so how completely green people come into the industry is beyond me. Working on site is not at all appealing now due to the strict regs and poor conditions. Office workers get to work from home while construction workers are leaving their house at 6am to work outdoors from 7.30-5pm having to clock in and out with a 10 minute walk from the gate to the canteen given just 30mins break. On top of all of that the workers building homes now in most cases can't even afford to buy one.
