Hi I'm following your 30 days and I wanted to let you know that I'm so grateful for this right now. I had a hand injury last year and I had to go from 7 days hatha active yoga to 3 days hatha active. That was all because it didn't peculiarly target different body parts and therefore was not sustainable with a weaker hand. This is! :] Im in a tough spot in my life right now and I can use this practice every day as a nice start in the morning after meditation. So thank you for this. It helps me through my winter depression. <3
