Nice one
Australian pilot. Can you tell me if there is someone to contact about flying and can show me the sites in that area ?
Search up the Wellington club there's numbers for the president and safety officers, they are the main point of contact. FYI the launch is on private land, we contact the land owner each time we fly and this is coordinated through the whatsapp group.
Next a top landing 😊
Beautiful
Really great!
my headers temperature is very different, cylinder 2 and 3 are significantly lower than 1 and 4, bike is not running right, all happened after i took my carb off and cleaned it ( only the carby bottom, it's not disassembled). Could it be the carb boot insulator leaking? or carby just need tuning ? thanks
Did you replace the carb boots? If they're the originals you really need to replace them as they will likely be leaking no matter how tight you have the clamps. Buy one of those analog carb testers that you use to balance the carbs. That'll be the only way to tell.
Love this spot
Nice man,how much wind and your weigth please
Wind was quite light 20km/h ish, AUW would be 100kg so 6.25 kg/m^2 projected. Trim speed is roughly 45km/h, Trimmers out 55km/h ish. I'm at the very top of the weight range for the wing. The ideal wind is 30km/h gusting 40km/h for this wing.
Nice...you didn't crash on the beach yesterday did you? I heard someone did...
Nah, might have been one of the hang gliders maybe? They were flying after me was 5-6 of them. If you have any details I.e colour of the glider I would be interested to know. I'm the safety officer for the Wellington club so always trying to keep track of any accidents and look at ways to minimise risk when flying these local sites.
@Mrsargent4427 the local volunteer brigade attended...they'll have the details I guess...I think it was a glider and he was pretty messed up apparently
This New Zealand?
Yip, bottom of the North Island on the west coast.
@@Mrsargent4427 I knew it the flax gave it away but that paragliding of the ground was awesome
Auw?
Roughly 100kg, so wing loading of 6.25kg/m^2 projected. Not sure of what the trim speed would be with the trimmers in but would be around 45km/h.
hey bro awesome upload. could seem house from your point of view... whats the beeping?
It's my vario, beeps when I'm going up and single tone when I'm going down. Helps me find thermals as that day it was mostly thermal lift with not much dynamic lift off the hill.
I'll bring my gear next time...🎉
Well done. You got higher than I did. Mine was 13 minutes of good fun
carb sync are cheap and great for this carbs .
i put a few cans on degreaser in the intake exhaust ports and pressure washed everything
When I put the clutch in the gear of my Honda MC22 RR bike, the neutral bulb lights up, I replaced the diode but the problem is the same, thank you for providing a solution
Great info 👍 What do you fly? Cheers from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada
Gin Atlas 26m+ gin verso 4 harness, currently a new pilot so only have 20 hours. Wanting to eventually fly mini wings as where I live (wellington NZ) its usually slightly too windy for a full size wing.
I will be doing this soon, and this vid helps me alot immensely! Awesome work!
Yo le saque la culata sin ponerla en punto ni marca del cigüeñal, ahora como la armo?
good.keep it up👍
Ticking you heard could be coming from the Shims. Does it go away after engine warms up ?
Nah still ticks just the same randomly. Strange thing is it's gone now when I put it back together. When I measured all the clearences for the intake shims they were all almost exactly 0.16mm and every exhaust shim was almost exactly 0.23mm except cylinder 4 which had one at 0.25mm. So all shims where in spec. Someone on the Facebook page suggested it could have been the coils arcing randomly. Dunno it's gone for now at least.
@@Mrsargent4427 mine was doing that noise and it was dropping a cylinder changed coils and new spark leads went away and hasnt misfired 400ks later
@@XmaltezX yea think when I put it all back together I must have jiggled the leads enough that the connection is better. Hasn't made the noise since I made this video.
