Hi there, this looks yummy but do we get this bread in USA? Ca you suggest a good brand for a high fibre low carb bread pls
Thanks for watching. You absolutely do. Most of the time these types of bread are labelled KETO friendly or high protein or high fibre. Screen through the bread aisle and look for such labels. Otherwise, you may need to screen through the nutritional value labels and pic the one that has highest fibre and protein. High fibre helps keep insulin low this preventing fat storage.
Your work is really incredible 😍
Thank you so much ❤
why so many cinamatic references>?
Lol I have a pretty long scientific and economics based analytical explanation for why I did what I did. 😂 But hey sometimes we also need to test and learn. Love your feedback ❤ Hope you find the tool useful.
Just when I needed it, thank you! keep waking people up ❤
Thanks, means a lot, take care ❤
Perfect timing, I needed that, thank u
I am making a detailed video on the science behind this, please subscribe and share ❤
This channel is so underrated. I discovered it from the comments section of a debate between vegans and non-vegetarians with Krish Ashok. Please keep uploading you're going to blow up!

25g black urad daal, 25g soy beans and 100g brown rice 1 Tbsp fenugreek seeds and soaked in the blender 1 handful left over rice - boosts fermentation Blended it all and fermented the batter until fluffs up, I use yoghurt setting in an electric instapot or pressure cooker High protein filling: 2 Tbsp some ghee, 1 onion, Few chillies, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, Chilli powder coriander cumin powders and 2 tbsp Shredded coconut 150g crumbled tofu Start pouring dosas, top it up with tofu burji and some low fat cheese
100g raw black eyed beans - pressure cook with salt - cool them down Shredded cabbage, carrot, corriander or parsley, diced cucumber Dressing: Peppery Lemon Mayo - Recipe th-cam.com/users/shortsJ1xmLQhXB1M?si=IObFxVE019VgA5BX Yoghurt (2tbsp), dash of apple cider vinegar, dash of lemon juice, salt, pepper - mix it into dressing. Mix with veggies Top up with coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried blueberries, raisins, almonds, walnuts, flax seeds
Nice
Thanks 🙏🏾

If you do not have a pressure cooker just cook it in the pot and wait until next day (jokes) :P Now lets make spicy tampering Heat 2 spoons of ghee Add mustard jeera Asafoetida Cumin powder Coriander Powder Garam Masala Chilli powder Some cashews and peanuts if you like Pour this into kichadi and mix it up Serve it with your favourite salad Please Subscribe!
Did you blend the lemon with its peel? Is that for its fiber? I thought it make the take bitter.
Yes! More so for its flavour, makes it punchier! But also Lemon rind or peels are a great source of antioxidants including vitamin C and D-limonene, which help your body fight free radicals and cellular damage. Regular consumption of antioxidants such as D-limonene has been linked in studies to a decreased risk of type II diabetes and heart disease additionally prevents cancers.
how long and often do you fast?
Been fasting for 5 years now, started with 16 hours daily and now I do 20 hours daily. Also once every two months I do almost 36 to 48 hours water only fast. I have slowly trained myself and it's been phenomenal 💪🏾
Lol you're worried about the spike but then add sugar in your mayo lol
This is where vinegar and high fibre helps lower the spike and keep it low throughout. I have included the scientific study references. The overall carbs in this meal is about 50g (low), with almost 40+g fibre and 2tbps of the whole mayo I ate in that meal is negligible. My motto is: It's ok to live life a little bit whilst there is no impacts to overall outcomes. Thanks for watching 🙂
@@Success.ScienceCompletely agree!
Recipe: Chop veggies (use crunchy vegetables like carrot, beetroot, radish, fresh capsicum - anything softer gets mushy and you wont like the texture) Add to glass jars with loose cap - do not use plastic as the salt and fermentation process produces acidic environment that could react with plastic jars and leach xenoestrogens into your brine (salt water). Add salt water made with 0.02% concentration i.e. 20g salt in 1000ml (1Litre) water. Add water into into jars - close the lid. Make sure veggies are not floating, if floating keep pushing them in every 10-12 hours to ensure there is no mould (fungus) growing on the top - throw away if fungus grows on the surface. watch my detailed video to see images on how to differentiate between fungus and yeast/bacterial scum. Lactose fermentation of vegetables: th-cam.com/video/m02KWuLwIc0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=LionwvbHZ-fCgwj- Why do you want to buy expensive probiotics when you can make these spicy juicy tasty healthy low calorie high fibre probiotics at home? This is Day 1 And By Day 4 this jar is exploding billions of healthy probiotic bacteria Here I have my previous batch of delicious beetroot and carrot probiotic vegetables and spicy tofu sandwiches I am using some left over cabbage, onion and some carrots Drop them into clean glass jars not plastic and the lid must be loose to let the ear leave the jar unless you want a veggie bomb at home I like them spicy so I add a whole heap of mixed spices and chillies, check details in the description Add 20g of salt in 1 litre water and pour it in Do not let veggies float, use a spoon to push them in daily to prevent spoilage Now just wait it out and enjoy
100g Black turtle beans 100g Black urad gram 100g basmati or brown rice Tablespoon fenugreek seeds Tablespoon salt Blend to coarse paste Ferment Pour in molds - top up with cooked soya granules or carrot or beetroot or onion etc. Steam for 20 minutes Enjoy!
Hi sir... I am doing intermittent fasting from 45 days my i lost 5kgs in this process (from 71 to 65.5) i have some good muscles because i do gym 3mnths in a year .. since i am staying in PG hostel i am consuming dal and veggies evary day in two meals and i can eat 2time chicken 4 eggs in a week .. i am worried about am i loosing fat or muscle ? Because i cant afford for protine food and some people are saying intermittent fasting dangerous that create low sugar level in body... And i walk 10 to 17k steps evary day... Can i continue this or not
Thanks for watching. Unfortunately low protein consumption will lead to muscle loss. Having optimal amount of protein can conserve muscle if you are eating sufficient calories. Intermittent fasting is the only way to burn fat. Fat burning happens only when blood sugar is low in body. If you want to build muscle, you must eat high protein diet. With that said, in your case, I would: Eat maintenance calories daily for conserving muscle mass. To build muscle, incorporate vegetarian protein options daily like beans, legumes, soya chunks or soya granules, quinoa, nuts and seeds - these options are cheaper than meat, and when combined with dairy (milk & yogurt) - this forms complete form of protein for building muscle. Meat is not the only source of protein - I am vegetarian and I build muscle by eating all this. Muscle building happens in the night when resting, typically 1-2 days after muscle workout. Therefore, days after workout, must have highest protein. Continue intermittent fasting to burn fat, and get other benefits like recycle damaged cells for reversing age, longevity, good skin etc. I have covered the above in my other videos, so highly recommend watching them :) Take Care!
Thanks for the rply. I will follow these tips ... Can you make a video on soya chunks because some people saying eating soya make man boobs
Sure, thanks for the suggestion. I have been eating soya for several years now and never had any issues. This is a total myth. I will make a video covering the science behind it, take care!
Great info & recipe👏👌 keep doing the good work

Sorry recipe in the description 😊 Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter (no sugar!) Just three ingredients 1. Roast 100g peanuts until raw flavour is gone. 2. Add 2 scoops of vegan chocolate protein powder (use one with natural sweetener like organic Stevia) - I use the top athlete brand as it tastes and mixes great. 3. Add 15 to 20 ml light taste olive oil while blending. 4. Blend until desired texture. add more oil if you like but I don't recommend. Cheers!

Did you get tested for any mold residue in your body. Mold could be fatal 😢
Why is it the carbs and not all the ghee and oil used in south Asian cooking?
Thanks for watching. Great question, Carbs, Fats (Ghee + Olive Oil) all together is contributing to the high calorific value of this meal. Having 600g of carbs per day = ~2400cals available to spend for the day. Either way, one must be in calorie deficit to lose FAT. On the other hand, if one is eating high carbs and not spending them on the day, despite of being in calorie deficit, they would store FAT (belly or visceral or atherosclerotic), because Carbs only purpose to provide energy. I am currently on a low carb and high healthy fat diet (from nuts and seeds) with no fat storage happening, this is where FAT is used up to repair and build (cells walls for new cells and hormones etc) for peak performance. Sorry about the long response, there is multiple layers of complexity to this. I tried to simplify them in the below videos, Please watch the detailed and shortened videos of the above principles: Detailed version: th-cam.com/video/FPVOdXshdOA/w-d-xo.html Shortened version: th-cam.com/video/xBufx0zS_iU/w-d-xo.html
