Aspring cop here - people have to understand this basic fact this isn't 70s or 80s where cops are hired fresh out of high school they either degree, diploma and vast difference of police courses exprience working in secruity and etc so their argument in last video just doesn't make because police service 100% aren't hiring people with bare minimum and on top they risk their lives

If your kid is bullying mine, I'm showing up at your front door to discuss it politely with the parents.

When my boys were in grade school we had them in a martial arts class based off Krav Maga. My oldest has always been serious, probably on the spectrum, and properly diagnosed with ADHD. In 5th grade another boy was doing the obnoxious crap like pointing "Ew he picked his nose" loudly at my son. I told my son, look this kid face to face and tell him to put up or shut up and to even give the other kid first shot to throw a punch (they had been learning defensive moves in martial arts class at the time). The other kid didn't throw a punch, stopped with the verbal BS, and actually unraveled that day racially and misogynistically against other classmates instead and got into bigger trouble.

Told my sons who are 10&12, as long as they don’t start it they can finish it. If they are defending themselves I will Be on their side but if they are doing the bullying then they are on their own and deal with the consequences. Also taught them how to punch and avoid a punch. I also enrolled them in kickboxing lol. The rest is history as they say. You give respect you get respect.🫡

You teach your kids to how to HANDLE bullying. Not how to BE a bully or to be AFRAID of bullies. The first will find success in life by learning to deal with intense situations, while the other people that choose to be a bully or to be afraid of them, will all (most of the time) have a life of sadness and despair. They often won't learn values of respecting others or yourself. When you can't respect others (even bullies), you become an outcast in life. Society will eventually throw you to the side. If you don't learn to respect yourself, you'll live a life of misery and will fall in a rut, forever being in a state of torture. This video is spot on. You can never run from bullys. It needs to be dealt with from the beginning before it turns into a slippery slope for the child/persons life.

Officer in glasses keeps cutting his colleague off with his 'pick me' attitude... Rude and sort of reflective of a political environment within the police service, probably lots of power-play as we've seen in the podcast.

If they are all 1st responders this idea could potentially bring down the morale of those responders who work just as hard and are just committed to the work they do to serve the public if they TOO are not acknowledged for their heroism. ❤
