What horn is that, and what are the specs?
Top. Faltou colocar a partitura para acompanhamento.
Can i get the pdf?
Incredibly clean
Every video focus of your embachure. Was obstructed by your finger on the horn and a straight on shot….. Try making the video from an angle so the camera can focus in more. Then as well…..you could show the shift or pivot where your lower jaw opens and drops to get the lowest notes. Then I would appreciate you playing some scales Downward and upwards showing consistency of pitch and quality of notes. It would make the video more interesting.
As a teacher, I really appreciate this video. Thanks!
amazing
Incredible sound!
Amazing!
Cool. But no chance. This is way to advanced and demanding for the avg. trombone player.
Just remember that if you shake it more than once.. Yo'ure playing with it. O.o
Sounds great Jon! Thanks for putting this together
Nice playing!
Those crescendos. Wow
Do you do any buzzing?
Tubist plays the Bruckner sound so well.
Great job, Christopher! Very apparent why he one San Francisco! Also, special thanks to the composer, Kevin Day, on another fantastic work for brass! Lastly, shout out to the Southwest Trombone Conference sound team - the audio quality is album-worthy! Great job!
glad you guys just decided to change the second half of the song and put it in an entirely different key
????? Not sure I understand that they put it in a different key. I, the composer, did that.

Beautiful work!
What are you doing with the air in Arban study no 15?
When you play Arban exercise 15 whilst keeping air moving are you also pushing the air at the same time as articulating similar to when articulating without tongue ?
Yes. The air acts as flowing water; the tongue is like a speedboat bouncing off the water. I know I’m not Mr. Randazzo, but this is what works for me, anyway
Hello teacher. I didn't find the pdf of the routine, nor in the description on your website. Could you make it available??? a hug.
If your looking for the PDF, google Randazzo warm-up I found it that way. 👍🏾
Amazing
I'm at a loss for words, this is just amazing
That’s pretty damn good. Nice job y’all!
Where is pdf
You can try Jonathan's website for a PDF of his warm-up routine, here: www.jonathanrandazzo.com
Repeat daily for 50-60 years
You make your lip trills sound so effortless, dude I have literally stressed out so much over trying to get these lip trills down but they are so freaking hard 😭
Take it from a guy that took FOREVER to figure this out. There are so many approaches. The main thing that I have seen is pay attention to your tongue movement, (should be relaxed and arching for the higher partial. Same for jaw. It should be relaxed and allowed (I use allowed as to remind, its not chewing but it should be allowed flexibility and relaxed movement from the tongue arching). Also practicing singing the trills using the syllables of low (AH as in otter), middle (eh as in every and iih as in igloo) and higher (eeh as in evil). I hope this helps. Again i make no claims as to the working for you or even that it is correct. Only to say that it worked for me. Unfortunately I came from a 100% air air air teaching from my first notes. Great! Air control and power is needed, especially for beginners when they try to whisper through the horn, but so is muscle control and relaxation and ultimately manipulating a good embouchure to changing quickly in a relaxed way. That is not 100% air. This is a more advanced concept that usually never gets taught in high school or sometimes even college.
Just practice Remington lip slurs!
I'm still working on mine, but something that is helping me is changing the vowel shape as I trill, so basically I'm doing Aw-Ee-Aw-Ee-Aw-Ee-Aw-Ee etc etc
@@rickharris8780 thank you so much for the write up! I'm coming from the opposite direction lol- only now at 34 figuring out how much I need to work on air efficiency
Beautiful! I just discovered your channel an I’m truly inspired as a trombonist myself. This composition especially written for trombone is out of this world.*
