First year is gonna be ass no matter what carrier you go to, if you go with a carrier for your cdl, then you already have a job for a year. Go to cdl school then you still gotta go to a mega carrier for a training program unless you know someone. Still getting paid much less than you’re worth but consider that first year being a paid intern
