Actually the transforned back Ron looks a bit like girl, Millicent Bullstrode from Slytherin perhaps, who was the original person Hermione was meant to transform by the way. In the book Hermy describes the other two how she got a lack of hair in Lockhart's duelling club while they were fighting for real and not with wands. It turned out to be cat's hair. And maybe we all know what happened after that and what the effect were. Moaning Myrtle giggled for a half Hermione_half cat mutant and Hermione couldn't show her face out side the bathroom or hospital wing for weeks. poor girl that Hermione
