Hi Coach Dr. Bliss ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 6 minutes of the lesson set when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to rest. My MIL did the full lesson powerfully! Her entire body is thick, solid muscle and she is unbeatable strong! I feel really low and defeated.
I had issues with the 7’s where my little toe would go numb. Somehow I had too much space for my big toe and too little space for my little toe as if the shoe had a weird curve to it. I never had that issue with the 5 or 6.
