You want honesty, or do you want bs? Honesty? It's not believable. Part of the magic of film making is creating imagery that causes the audience to suspend its disbelief. The scene imagery is inconsistent. In one scene the alien "eggs" that are rendered are completely different from the eggs in the previous scene. The astronauts helmet is open at the bottom. I get that it's all supposedly proof of concept, but you could've shot the same scene with human operators in motion capture suits, against a green screen. Then dropped them into whatever CGI environment you wanted. Once. How many times would it take for this AI program to create that same scene with any consistency? How many takes? Now how many takes would it have taken shooting it the standard way? Anyone thinking that AI will suddenly replace studios and actors either has a very low bar for cinema, or has never seen a motion picture before. Will the AI stuff get better with time? Only time will tell, but I wouldn't go closing down my production studio and laying off actors based on what I've seen from AI scene generators so far. They've got a long way to go before they even come close to producing a better video than a kid with an iPhone and a slate board, and a copy of Final Cut Pro.

I just cant stand such small time camera shots before being changed angle or scene... Even if it can last 2 hours, it will still feel like a 2 hours trailer.

This to me shows that AI, under the guidance of human intent, can be used to realize works of incredible art. My only fault is with the green slime, seemed cute, would've died too.

Very nice! The future of generative AI is bright for shorts. Btw I never used Veo 2, but how have you gained such level of consistency? I mean, I can see little differences between different clips, but the main things stay the same for the entire lenght of the video
