Honestly looking back on it now after MANY playthroughs his voice sounds so overly cheesy you can tell it’s fake like anyone would get caught up in the romanticism of his words but when you really stop think and listen you’re kinda like tf is he on about why does it sound like he’s rehearsed this because he has bro does not wanna be here he’s just doing it cause he feels he has to and it’s all part of his usual routine and it’s so sad 😢

I think the biting and Cazados words of "don't feed off of the living" This is the fear that got beaten into him. Also the whole "Vampire fetishism" which he clearly states hating. He thinks its debasing. Then there's the point of it being his need to feed which puts you in a position of power over him, which he again dissapproves of. He doesn't love you in this instance. When you allow him to bite the first time he approves because of the trust you place unto him. But the feeding is sort of sensual and intimate, something that bonds and can be addictive. So its natural for him to look sad about the offer. It goes against everything he was thaught to believe. I don't know if I'm reaching here. But this is how I see it.
