I have the same experience but is more often than cities homes basically when the sky is basically clear that's why I most noticed them

One flashes, almost blue and red, ones faint and the other really bright. I see it every night over my house. Sometimes it rotates.

This is very apparent now in the western sky. Looking from south western Ontario. Perfect triangle and are by far the brightest stars in the sky. They flicker reds and blues, almost like disco balls. I've noticed this for a week now and have never seen it before. Anyone know anything about it? I'll try to get some photos..

they do blink as communicating they look as if they are in front of the moon here in arizona
