I got the book just few days ago and I am following the audio with the book, thank you for posting it is helping me a lot. I have discovered Mr. Asad during COVID Lockdown, silver lining of the pandemic I guess.
May I ask where you ordered the book? I can't see to find it.
I found it on eBay, from a German seller. I bought the english version. I am really enjoying the book. He was such a talented writer, his descriptions are so vivid that we feel as if we were with the author. This is a masterpiece, a book that I will keep for the rest of my life. I hope you can find it. Best of luck.

Thank you so much for these recordings!! I listened to all of them with happiness. But howevermuch I searched, I was unable to find more than Chapter V spirit and flesh. Have you done the rest, too? Please drop me a line. I would love to buy it on Amazon, but no-one offered it :) I would love to continue the work myself, but my spoken English is badly not enough...
You ask for critical comments. The name of the "Frankfurter Zeitung" is pronounced incorrectly through all the chapters. I am German native. The problem is the second word, Zeitung (which I was able to understand only from the context). This wiki article has the correct phonetic description of the pronunciation: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankfurter_Zeitung
The pronunciation of Zeitung by google translate is not correct: the Z is pronounced "ts" but they pronounce it "s".
