A musician, a dj and both talented producers, the duo of Hristo H and Juliana Lima, dubbed, The Presence of Mind is a union that sprung from having met each other in Beijing. Aided by over a decade of djaying in major nightclubs and festivals,Juliana Lima, a Brazilian born talent teamed up with Hristo H, a Bulgarian with an upbringing of metal music who produces and plays in his own metal band. Marrying the best of both worlds, the duo intertwines rhythm, groove, percussions and progressive song structures that tells a different story unique in every track.
Presence of Mind & Andrew Meller - Vamo Oxalá (Original Mix)
Juliana Lima & Hristo H. AKA Presence Of Mind, creators of Get Connected Studios, & Andrew Meller, Serbian producer, became friends in Beijing during Andrew’s China tour in July 2019.
Andrew Meller’s remakes of classic tracks such as Faithless 'Insomnia' and the all-time holy grail of Underworld 'Born Slippy' brought him to the top charts on Beatport for over 50 days, proving his capability of producing with energy.
Vamo Oxalá was created in a single session at Get Connected Studios. The very first and only session they had. Lima’s passion for percussions is once again present, using spiritualist rituals acapella, combined with Hristo’s guitar melodies giving life to a long synth constant bass grooving with Andrew Meller’s well-known skills for hooks adding that energy!
