The title distant satellites always reminds me of the pink floyd lp title " dark side of the moon ", or as robert plant sang on physical graffiti; "my lover she is lying on the dark side of the globe, if we could just join hands". Which I personally interpreted as ppl divided by the iron curtain at those times. Which things sadly are the same or even worse today in terms of division and hopelessness. The oppression that a political leader and their followers can bring is staggering and sad. Maybe if we can just join hands, this wall may be overcome. But 1st ppl must tear down walls and look turn away from political and religious leaders of every kind. As they all have 1 goal only. Politics is the study of power. And this is their only interests. No matter how much of a populist they are. One cannot be in Politics and claim to be against it as modern conservative right wingers attempt to do. Its a shame for me to see all thats been.
