Just for reference. Not paying your taxes will not get you arrested. They garnish your wages and/or confiscate land. Not FILING your income taxes, on the other hand, WILL get you arrested. (Also, building inside the house without a permit is not illegal. Only adding on to the outside or on the land away from existing structures)

Maybe I'm just a wuss but it seemed odd to me that he continued forward by himself after realizing how large the hidden area was, he even mentioned aloud people could be hiding there. He didn't know he was trapped yet, I would have attempted to retreat and return with more officers.

Fucking FINALLY we are getting exploration found footage stuff of the Thompson extension. Edit: Ok, so after watching this I am going to give my honest thoughts: Overall, this is a solid video. You did a great job capturing the true essence of the extension while making it unique in your own way and it was really well done. I do have a couple notes of feedback, however: 1. Voice acting needs work - the voice acting felt very stiff and didn't really match the situation the character was in. For example, the dude realized that the extension trapped him, and he felt very emotionless in his reaction. The less talking from the main character, the better - less is more, as some folks would say. For example, in Kane Pixels' backroom videos, the camera person is mostly silent except for a few brief lines like "What the hell..." or "No, this is impossible" here and there. The silence of the backrooms or in this case, the extension will add on to the atmosphere. Excessive talking can sometimes ruin that. 2. Sound design - overall, this was mostly alright, but I won't lie, when he fell off the bridge and it played that generic creepypasta scream, it killed the scare factor for me a bit. Next time I would consider looking for less generic and commonly used sound effects for things like screaming, etc. I also would like to suggest exploring adding keening sounds or something similar to that if you decide to revisit this - as its a big part of the lore. Overall, very well done and I genuinely enjoyed this video. I would like to hopefully see more in the future! :)

It's amazing how effective a simple VHS filter over some Blender assets can be. Looks real for the most part.

The voice acting isn’t the best remember less is more. The character needs to react in a less mundane way then “how does a wall just appear behind someone like that” should be like something more like “no no No NO what is happening” or “isn’t that where I just came from” panic voice while taking a few steps back. A decent first try for realistic 3d animation.
