Bible Passages
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 3 ก.พ. 2017
A podcast devoted to helping others grow closer to God by illuminating the text of scripture through the disciplines of geography, archaeology, and history. Bible Passages has always had the singular goal of guiding people to Jesus through the text of scripture and by showcasing the land of the Bible. Now in the informal and conversational style of the podcast format we hope to bring the bible to life by exploring and documenting the history, discoveries, and evidences found in the countries surrounding the Mediterranean world. However, our conversations are not simply about facts and information, we are also deeply committed to knowing God and making Him known.

Great work
Thank you so much 😀
This is awesome guys!! I appreciate your hard work on this podcast. I like that I can watch you on TH-cam. And John Moore, it’s good to see you. Hope all is well and the we send our love to you and Mrs, Carla.
Thank you so much for saying this! We will be sure John and Carla get the message!!
So excited you guys are doing this! I loved your insight about the "unveiling" as you approach the Parthenon. It reminded me of a similar experience in Rome. There were moments when the exterior of a church would seem plain and even boring. As I entered the front door I was blown away by the art, windows, lighting, etc. The architects are using the same techniques to impress the viewer and instill a sense of awe and method of control.
Thank you so much for your kind words and sharing your experience! It is certainly a cool place!
great first episode. I Look forward to more!
Thank you so much for this!
Great job Brian!
Could you share these 3D models for study purpose.
The third temple is a scam...the Romans destroyed the temple records in 70AD thus there can be no certified priests to offer sacrifice from the tribe of Levi. No Jew knows their tribal lineage nor can they prove it...

The disciples weren't showing Jesus the temple. He was familiar with the temple from his Bar Mitzvah and the commanded pilgrimage festivals. It was new to him.
What is the purpose of the OT's 2 temples? Will the purpose of the so called 3rd temple be the same as the previous 2?
Purpose of the 3e Temple : God dwelling inside all real Christians in the World until the arrival of the new Earth and Heaven , re-establishing the lost Eden...many, many thousands yrs ago, and this for ever and ever....
@@christianclavel7231 do you mean it is not a physical temple like the first two temples in the OT period?
The Jew's God Yaweh used the Romans to punish his "chosen people" for their sins. First the Babylonians, then the Medes and Persians under Cyrus the Great and finally the Romans under Titus. He calls them a stiff necked people and Jesus wept for them for sinning against their God. Read the Holy Scriptures, it's all there. It may help to understand what's happening there today.
I was just in Awe of the whole old city and I fell in love with it in 1982-83
