I mean it sucks but I think considering how bad our obesity problem has gotten maybe this will encourage more to get in shape. I know it has for me. It's kind of been my wake up call to get in shape and get healthy.

Wow, I did not know this was happening. I have stuck to JCP online only because my local one is a tiny one and didn’t carry much . However, recently I went to my nearest (20 miles away), Macy’s and was shocked to learn when I asked about their plus size dress section, that it was only online! Then I went Dress Barn at my local outlet mall, and it was closed! Went to a new Nordstrom rack again at my nearest shopping center in the same town as Macy’s, and there were only 5 items on the xl or xxl section. Nothing! So crazy. I have not tried other plus size online clothing stores because I don’t like testing stuff out then having to return plus some charge for shipping returns. It’s maddening!

The struggle is real...I'm 5'8" and 275lbs and a 3X. I am not very curvy...I like to hide my belly with flowier tops or ones that hang just outside of my belly line. It's so hard to buy from a catalog, like Women Within...or Catherines. I want to go in and try stuff on. I used to have to take a whole bunch in to try on just to find those maybe two good ones. Even going to Kohl's the plus size is just not good anymore. I miss the Sonoma ts that had great prints and graphics. Now they are not becoming anymore...something has definitely changed in this area. Even Lane Bryant...I can't find anything. I used to have to pick and choose because I can't spend that much...now I walk out empty-handed, tired and feel like I wasted my time. I'm 71 and don't want to dress like an old lady with knits and polyester...I want cute, boho, and just comfortable, but stylish clothes....It's really hard. I attend outside music events all the time and need fun stuff to wear. Even Ross Dress for Less used to have an abundance of cute stuff...now, it's so dawg...my closet needs some freshening up and I don't know where to begin. Torrid moved away from our Mall, they are now an outlet and their clothes are pale in comparison. thanks for advocating and I do feel like I'm being discriminated against. I see someplace called Tamu online...what do you think? thanks.

They are taking away, sizes over an 18 are gone in most stores I go to, Old Navy, Loft and even Flamingo Jeans online have stopped making their size 18/20.

I went to 3 different stores today that had previously carried plus size clothing, and it was all gone. I was told to go online. I dont understand why we are going backwards in accessibility?

I’ve given up finding a bra that fits I went to Lane Bryant and though the ladies were super nice especially as I’m not plus size but was desperate for a fitting but she measured me so with my new measurements I went to target and tried several bras in the size I was given though to my dismay I couldn’t even close the band only for my bf to tell me I am stupid for not knowing we are currently not speaking.

I recently wore a gray full coverage bra under a white t-shirt with a pair of ten gear shorts on a paddle and snorkeling trip. I was so comfortable and never worried about my top coming off in the water. I am also a large busted woman who needs that support that is so difficult to find in swimwear. This is genious. I have several very pretty sports bras that are perfect for this! Can't wait to get back to the water.😊

The higher cost brands, Misook, Ming Wang, and Johnny Was appear to be discontinuing plus sizes as well. Since they seem to be the first to sell out I'm miffed.

I'm a big fan of Hannah Needs To Yell, but through watching your content there, I feel like I've gotten to know you a bit (not in a parasocial way, just that your personality shines through and it's very cool). When I first subscribed, I checked this channel out and decided it wasn't really my type of content, but I feel like I like seeing you in this more casual way and I've been checking out some other videos on this channel too and I subscribed.

There’s nothing wrong with getting the surgery for your appearance too. That’s totally fine. Health of course, but you can’t argue that the byproduct of looking better isn’t a plus. No judgement.

I’ve lost about 30 pounds so far no surgery. That being said, I have 2 friends who have had surgery and gained all the weight back! It’s not an “easy way out” like a lot of people say. You have to work at losing weight and your health surgery or not! There is no shame in getting help when it comes to health! You do you and congratulations! It is no one’s business of course what you do with your body. I hope you heal well and it’s good to see you back here ❤

i've been watching ur stuff & i like ur views. i like that u approached this as a "set-like workplace" with david as the director. can i just mention 1 point i've seen no one mention? THE ACTUAL S!X WASN'T NECESSARY FOR THE VLOG. it's not like david was in the room, filming the scene. it's not like he could have USED that footage; even if it (somehow) managed to pass youtube's censors & stay uploaded, it sure as sh*t wouldn't be monetized. the girls could have come, seen the sitch, backed out & left, & david could have still gotten his vlog. He already had his people go back the next day for those reshoots; with those and some footage of the girls from earlier in the night (or new people who wanted to be on camera for this), he could have made a vlog that was just as profitable w/out the need for any actual s!x. no actual s!x was required for this at all. it's not an adult f*lm!

In the uk I’ve noticed they’re cutting larger sizes. 14 seems to be the maximum on most clothing, shoe sizes used to go up to an 8 they even had wide fit and now they don’t looks like they’re just reducing the sizes lately. I can imagine the idiots in government would ban plus size to stop the obesity “crisis” that they seem obsessed with oppressing larger people. (probably because it costs them more to make things for larger people and they don’t want to lose their precious money that they earned screwing over the poor) anyway it wouldn’t even occur to them that some plus size people can be slim too. Tall people for example so even if we lost weight we still wouldn’t fit in the clothes.
