A short video of a Tornadic Thunderstorm located on the Ogle/Lee county boarder. The storms developed Friday evening on July 21st 2017 and produced a great deal of CG lightning and precipitation. This storm generated a Tornado Warning from the NWS office in Romeoville at the time of the video. The video was looking Northwest and was taken 2 miles North of Ashton Illinois on IL RT-38.

Time Laps of Clouds... Waiting for the Train

This is a short video of the clean up efforts in the aftermath of a major derailment of a BNSF coal train on February 11th 2011 in Mendota IL. The last 7 cars derailed and tipped, dumping full loads of coal into the yard and street. This occurred just south of the depot.
