Quick question- is there a way to remove (or stop from emerging) the scoop tray that covers the ice? It’s an extra step that can make getting ice a two-hand process, I’d prefer to just open my freezer and scoop ice without sliding trays around. Thank you!

Our new Beko freezer door handle was loose / broken connector on arrival. Still not fixed. It takes months to get service through Beko. Beware! I wish I purchased a different brand.

I have Amana type EBF20A. The handle on the freezer is loose and it looks like there are screws that have to be tightened. Can I use the same method that is demonstrated in the video?

My small cubes clump up and I have one big iceberg. The big ice cubes are fine. It’s like there is moisture on the small side and all the small cubes stick together.

I have Beko mashine and im not happy because it takes 2 houers and more for wash, and it has not 30 degres avalaible only 20,40,60,90

Just bought the RF25C5551SR/AA, the 33" width model. Ice maker is EXTREMELY slow at making ice. Anybody else having this prob? I've been Electronics/Industrial Maintenance most of my life. This actually sounds like a software issue. Where they have the timer set WAY to long, before it will dispense ice.

So I was having trouble finding a big enough fridge with the depth of 29” or under and I found this model counter depth and I’m so freaking excited for it to arrive.

I just got water hooked up yesterday. It seems to only make 8 large cubes and about 12 small cubes every 8 hours. Seems kind of slow. Do I need to adjust something?

Do NOT trust these people, especially Roy Schmidt. on 2/5/2022 we visited their Lynnwood store and picked out a dual fuel range that they assured us was in stock and paid $4,000 for the unit. We were told the unit would be marked as sold and the only hold up was delivery since they were extremely busy. They IMMEDIATELY charged our credit card and scheduled the delivery for 3/22/22. Today, 3/16 we get a call telling us that the range is on back order and it wold be at least another month to get it. We have been without a range for two months now and now after PAYING for a range it was sold out from under us. This is unacceptable and shows just how easy it is for them to lie to get a sale. Unbelievable to say the least.
