If their were Oscars given out every year for performances in specific scenes, Sean Penn would have gone home with one in 2013 based on his performance in this one. The way he shifted gears and left a poor old man (who's probably a made guy and definitely a boss in his own right) sitting their stunned and looking more than a little worried was just incredible. His portrayal of Mickey Cohen is straight up chilling.
