Got it. You cannot do this with a ROTH IRA. The contribution limit as of 2024 is $7000 under 50yrs of age. $8000 from 50yrs, and depending on your income. Fortunately, this can be done with a brokerage account. Such as those mentioned in this video. Awesome information.

I have VOE as a buy-and-hold position in my portfolio. Every long term investor should have the entire world market represented in their portfolio. Focusing too heavily on which market segment is doing well right now (chasing returns), will cause you to miss out on the long term advantages of ongoing diversification, which is what really matters for lifelong performance. Diversification is the key to long term portfolio stability because different segments of the market win at different times. Owning every part of the world market will ensure that you can capture a bit of benefit during every market cycle. This strategy always wins over very long periods and is less volatile than a US large cap portfolio.

I'm taking a hybrid approach with VGT, SCHD, and VOO as my foundation over a 20-year horizon. I still enjoy life, travel, and buy what I love. It's the best combo, plus I enjoy the small victories of dividends, dividend growth, and share price appreciation.

Robbie, you don't have to wait a day for your SWVXX funds to clear. Put all your money in SWVXX, when you trade, sell enough SWVXX before mkt close to cover your debit for the day. Both the buy of your ETF and the sell of your SWVXX will settle the next day covering each other. I've been doing this for years. Also, when you sell your ETF, place a buy order for SWVXX with the proceeds before mkt close to get all of your money back into the MMF. Cheers! 🙂

People dismiss the importance of advisors until they are burned by their own emotions. I remember a couple of summers ago, following my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to assist my business stay alive, so I looked for qualified consultants and came across someone with the highest qualifications. She has helped me raise my reserve from $275k to $850k, despite inflation.

As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.

Well as you know bigger risk, bigger results, but such impeccable high-value trades are often carried out by pros.

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family...

I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks.

@@Hazelkalvin Quitting may not be the best approach if you ask me. This is where an AI comes into the picture. I barely have time to trade myself as my job swallows up most of my time. *MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY* , a licensed fiduciary whom has made me over 5 figures in profit in less than seven months, handles my investments.
