I am studying cardiac perfusion

Most of my friend's had faced same situation. Most of their career ended as Care assistant in UK.

Now seeing this also irritating me. That much mental torture I suffered. Please think and act

Its very hard to get a job. So please think and study this course. I studied this course, searched for internship at last after 1 year I got in a hospital. After one year I came in a hospital for 1 year voluntary training. Senior Perfusionists treated very badly. I couldn't do a single case independently. Only theory knowledge. They told me to watch and study. The only thing I learned was to assembling and priming. 3 years I worked as voluntary Perfusionist. Without any payment. Mentally I stressed a lot. Feeling very sad. I wasted 7 years of my career. I was very bright and intelligent. But 7 years changed me a lot.

Your tall claim of priming of CPB circuit in Emergency situations in 30 seconds still needs to evaluate with rational approach when you need staff nurses help and reaction time clause come into the pictures both for you as well as staff nurses when they are also busy with their own professional commitments in delivering health service to needy one off-course it is above all, a team work cardiac surgical team under cardiac surgeons mainly and even then, other factors of reasonings etc. needs to be taken care of. too.... So, instead of claiming numerical values of 30 seconds - it would be better at least for you, to mention quick priming methods following judiciously and honestly the recognised & established check-list of respective institution etc. in emergency situations. After all, Perfusionists are not Super human. All the best.
