99.9% sure this was for my dad. He died in 04 the same way her brother did, and we had a moment about that during that m&g. He'd bought me Pele on cassette when it first came out and that's what I asked her to sign. I'll never forget this moment, ever. Ever. I loved him so much. Also sure Parasol came out in Dallas that year for me. I sound a little self absorbed but the hell with it, it was all the most validating feeling.

@Befrichan A good show is one where when you leave you leave wanting more. This was def the case. She had played God, Cornflake Girl, etc at other shows with the string quartet. They were excellent, btw. I'm looking fwd to seeing her again.

@MassFisher I've been going to Tori shows for about 15 years. She never disappoints. However I always leave thinking, "I wish she played......". Every time I've seen her she's with her band. I'm sure the lack of them had a lot to do with the set list. I really enjoyed the quartet. I thought they were amazing and a nice change.

I was there and almost cried during this tune... I couldn't control myself it was so painful for me. A pain in the pit of my stomach. Finally I went to the bathroom to relieve myself and all the pain was gone. Such a relief. Must have been those shrimp and beers I had for dinner. This was a good show, but wished she had done more of her classics like God, Cornflake Girl, etc.
