Following in the Buddha's Footsteps
HeartDhamma is dedicated to offering meditation and buddhist teachings, directly from the early buddhist texts (Suttas) in the highest quality format, in wisdom's true depth and meaning to all those who are in search of truth and happiness. Answering the growing call for spiritual awakening by guiding meditators and seekers on the path of the Buddha's enlightenment, following his complete teaching and way of life that he prescribed (Dhamma-Vinaya), for the benefit of all.
Our emphasis is on direct experience and understanding, in meditation, of the four noble truths, the noble eightfold path, the seven factors of enlightenment, the four establishments of mindfulness (Satipatthana), dependent origination (Paticcasamuppada), the different levels of meditation (Jhana), insight (Vipassana), mindfulness, which bring us closer to truth, through the scope of Bhante Ananda's work and teachings.

Thank you Bhante for explaining the Anapanasati correctly. Very few priests explain this accurately. Sadhu, Sadhu, Sadhu. I believe Nirvana is attained through Panna and not merely from Samadhi. Observing the breath alone does not lead to realization. “Anicchanu passi ……….” Sadhu, Sadhu, Sadhu.
