This video shows how to make a radius 90 degree sheet metal fitting.
I wonder if a lockformer would be easier😅 just saying
نحن العر نتعلم من تندكم
Like watching a monkey f**kin a football. Those are called "fingers" on your "finger brake". Not "box and pan" This is why the future of the trades is dismal at best.
Thankyou sir on just a few weeks to come in my sheet metal class we will be attempting to do this Pittsburg seam.
What a great inhouse made tray, love it. Lance.
Hi Mr. Gaskin
Hi, What school program is this?
Dulaney High School
He was moving to quickly trying to make himself look like a pro. Not good for teaching
Not at all. I wish the teacher I had for that class moved that slow. Mine was fucking QUICK. Plus they also do layout beforehand on a drafting board so the guys in the class know what’s up a bit before actually starting to build it. But yah this guy is not moving fast.
What happened? Why do you no longer make videos?? Please reply, I have been in the hvac industry 25 years. I don’t know how much longer I can physically do the work. I am seriously considering opening a sheet metal shop. Nothing crazy I want to start super small just building plenums for local companies. Transitions and what nots. I do have previous layout experience plenums and center line flat on bottoms trans is easy. I have not learned how to raise or offset trans. I am in the early stages of investing what it would cost me to sale each piece versus what they pay at a supply house. Obviously being able to custom size to fit with flanges already bent for the installers will make there job easier and that’s what I’m betting on that owners will want to make it easier for his guys and buy from me. Start up is expensive so I’m going Pittsburgh and if it all works out I will buy a snap lock machine. Any advise you have is appreciate Thank you
Michael Markham Im sorry, I have just seen your comment. please email me @dulaneyhvac@gmail. com
Covid happened, Im sorry
He's a lefty..😁
Nice job teaching your students. I remember my first time laying out duct and fittings. Someone can give you the basic knowledge of laying out but hands on is always the better way of learning. It's a very unique trade and once you get it, you can fabricate anything your mind can dream up.
What brand is that nocher?
nice video thank you. that's good the school teaches Duct fabrication.
Great video thank you.
Great video, real helpful!
Cool
