Developing a plan for Victoria
Everyone has a role to play in shaping Victoria, which is why we’re bringing the discussion to you.
Late in 2023, we started a conversation with leaders and key decision-makers in local government. We've also started to talk with industry leaders across different sectors including housing, development, environment and community.
Our engagement with you starts now. We know that every suburb and every community across Victoria is unique. That’s why we are travelling to all corners of the state to bring the discussion to you where you live, work, study, play sport and gather for events and celebrations.
By listening to you, we can shape a Victoria that offers choice for people with different needs, cultures, interests and life stages.

Looking bigger and better........
They all look similar. Honestly it looks virtually the same now as it does in these concept plans. More greenery would be better so option one. How about doing option one with a clock? How about fixing up the actual tram stop just adjacent to this area? It's horrible.
This is just a cliff-hanger for me as I just want to see what the real train bodyshell looks like inside the covering!
Can't wait for that train to enter service next year.

I'm not a Victorian resident but gee wiz.........it's so good to hear that the Victorian Government is choosing to build their new fleet of Metro passenger rollingstock in the State of Victoria. This decision will help create more employment for Victorian's not to mention the economic benefits for the whole state. It's such a pity that NSW and Queensland hadn't made the same choice, making the wrong and foolish decisions to build their latest passenger rollingstock overseas.

Less flexible for standing passengers, and inferior disability support
They did but that trains was scrapped in 2006
